My Path to Professional and Personal Fulfillment

Hi, I'm Rena Santos from Mabalacat City, Pampanga. I'm 31, a proud mom, and in a happy, committed relationship.

I started my career in the BPO industry, where I worked my way up from being a call center agent to becoming a Trainer. One of my most memorable experiences was helping launch a new account. We created training materials from scratch, ran sessions, and made sure new agents had a smooth start.

After over 2 years in that fast-paced environment, I shifted to freelancing and became a Medical Virtual Assistant. I handled clinical studies and took on various admin tasks.

Balancing work, motherhood, and family life hasn't always been easy, but it has strengthened my resilience, focus, and time management. I take pride in being dependable, organized, and always ready to learn something new.
